Recap - April

It's been forever since I posted something, and I doubt anyone even looks at this blog anymore but I thought I would try and catch up a little with some pictures of the highlights we've been doing this year.

Our biggest event in April, is that Curt and I got a free trip to Maui from his work. It was a blast and we enjoyed every second of it. And we ate lots of good food. We felt very blessed that we got the opportunity to go. Curt is such a hard worker and totally deserved it. :)

Christmas 2012

Christmas was so much fun with Holland. He figured out really quick how to unwrap his gifts and that there would be a toy in there for him. We may have gotten too many things for a one year old, but we couldn't help it. :) Poor Holland was sick during Christmas, but it didn't slow him down too much.

I surprised Curt with an iPad Mini and he was VERY excited. :)

Curt surprised me with these these super cute shoes and he picked them out all by himself! I was very proud of him. :)

We went to some fun family parties. On Curt's side of the family we always act out the nativity scene. Holland was a little shepherd this year and was so cute!

We also did gingerbread houses which we do with my side of the family every year. I think ours turned out pretty good. :)

Holland loved the Christmas tree, maybe a little too much.

Family Pictures

We took family pictures back in September. It wasn't as fun as I thought it was going to be. Holland hated it and was crying and wanting to get in the dirt. So we didn't get a ton of pictures but oh well.

Halloween 2012

It's been way too long since I posted on here and thought I should try and catch up a little. 

Halloween 2012 was really fun this year. It was fun to get dressed up with Holland and we decided to be a family of pirates. I randomly wanted to do a Halloween Party and it turned out great. I'm might do it again next year. 

On Halloween we went around our neighborhood and did a little trick or treating. Holland had is first lollipop and he loved it. We drove him around in his car and handed out candy to kids we saw along the way. We also went to Curt's work and had fun showing Holland off to everyone there.
